1、上門量房,設計師初步與客戶溝通
2、為客戶出平面圖和詳細報價
3、設計師與客戶初步溝通,滿意的情況下簽定設計協議,並預交訂金。
4、客戶修改,確認平面方案。
5、做詳細設計方案(包括平面、頂面、立面、設計說明等)。做出相對準確的預算價格。
6、客戶確認全套方案及預算,簽定施工合同,交首期款。
7、由客戶、工程項目經理,設計師、櫥櫃設計師、水電組長到現場進行圖紙會審,技術交底。
8、項目經理將物料使用清單發送到物料配送中心。
9、項目部經理提供施工進度計劃,主材清單及各工種進廠時間。
10、水電材料進場,客戶驗收簽字確認。
11、隱蔽工程驗收(人員:客戶、項目經理、工程監理;內容:給水電工),水電組長繪制水電路分線實際草圖。
12、公司客服部電話訪問隱蔽工程施工情況,並且記錄備案。
13、瓦工進場測量尺寸,提供墻地磚面積,木工材料進場驗收,客戶簽字確認。
14、木工、瓦工進場施工,設計師到現場進行技術交底並與客戶交流,期間做防水及浸水試驗,並進行內部防水驗收。
15、木作部分、廚房、衛生間的瓦作部分驗收(人員:項目經理、客戶、工程監理,內容:木做施工部分),客戶簽字確認。
16、客戶付第二筆工程款。
17、公司客服部電話訪問木作部施工情況,並且記錄備案。
18、油漆材料進場,客戶簽字確認,油漆工進場。
19、設計師到現場進行現場核查,與客戶交流。
20、整體驗收(人員:客戶、項目經理、工程總監,內容:油漆部分、瓦作部分、安裝部分、櫥櫃部分),客戶簽字確認。
21、公司客服部電話訪問總體驗收情況,並且記錄備案。
22、竣工決算(增項、減項)交付,客戶驗收簽字確認。
23、客戶復核完畢無差錯後,交尾款(三日後)。
24、給客戶出具保修單,水電隱蔽工程圖。
25、保修服務,公司客服部電話訪問。
26、維修服務(保修期滿),售後服務電話訪問。

8. The project manager will send the material use list to the material distribution center.
9. Project manager provides construction schedule, main material list and incoming time for each type of work.
10. Water and electricity materials into the site, customer acceptance signature confirmation.
11.Concealed project acceptance (personnel: client, project manager, project supervisor; Content: water supply electrician), hydropower group leader draw the actual sketch of hydropower road division.
12. The customer service department of the company will conduct telephone interviews on the construction of concealed works and record them.
13. Bricklayers come in to measure the size, provide wall and floor tile area, woodworking materials come in for acceptance, and customers sign for confirmation..
14. Carpenters and bricklayers enter the site for construction. Designers come to the site for technical disclosure and communication with customers. During this period, waterproofing and flooding tests are done, and internal waterproofing acceptance is carried out.
15. Carpentry operation department, kitchen, toilet bricklayer operation department acceptance (personnel: project manager, customer, project supervision, content: wood construction part), customer signature confirmation.
16. The client pays for the second phase of the project.
17. Customer service department of the company to woodworking projects for the construction of telephone interviews, and record.
18. The paint material enters the field, the customer signs the confirmation, and the painter enters the field.
19. Designers go to the site for on-site inspection and communication with customers.
20. Overall acceptance (personnel: customer, project manager, engineering director, content: paint part, tile part, installation part, cabinet part), customer signature confirmation.
21. The customer service department of the company will conduct telephone interviews on the overall acceptance of the construction projects and record them.
22. Carry out final account of completion (add item, subtract item) and deliver, customer accepts and signs for confirmation.
23. Payment shall be made in three days after the client completes the review without any errors.
24. Issue warranty to customers, water and electricity hidden engineering drawings.
