Design Service Process (Home Decoration Division)

一、客戶咨詢，業務經理接待後為客戶推薦一名設計師； 
二、設計師出示自己的作品、簡介資料等，與客戶初步交流并達成設計意向； 
三、客戶如對設計師不滿意，部門主管可根據客戶需要更換設計師為其服務。部門主管核實情況後，應對服務不到位的設計師給予相應過失處罰； 
四、客戶交納量房費，設計師和客戶現場量房。如選擇高級別設計師或設計部門，需簽訂設計協議，交納相應設計費。如設計師量房工作出現較大偏差，并對後期工作造成影響的，公司將給予設計師相應過失處 罰； 
五、量房後一周內，設計師提交初步設計方案，與客戶交流。根據客戶意見，修改、完善設計方案直至與客戶達成一致； 
六、如客戶需要主材代購服務，設計師應推薦簽約的材料合作供應商為其服務。嚴禁設計師以各種理由私自為客戶代購主材，公司一經發現將依據公司規定給予設計師相應處罰； 
七、設計師向客戶詳細講解工程合同、施工流程、相應的配套服務等事項。設計部門應嚴格掌握各項政策，對在上述工作中出現嚴重失誤的設計師將給予相應過失處罰；
 八、設計師、客戶正式簽定合同，設計師提交全套施工圖紙，部門主管應承擔審核責任，如對其中項目有疑問應及時通報公司有關部門協助解決，否則將由設計部門承擔相應責任； 
九、如果需要，工程合同送市場管理部門認證； 
十、簽定合同兩日內，設計師需將合同資料送達質量技經部審核。延期送達合同資料的設計師，將受到相應過失處罰；
十一、工程部根據合同派單後，設計師組織客戶、工長、及相關人員現場技衛交底。設計師交底不到場的，將給予嚴重過失處罰； 
十二、施工過程中，設計師每周至少和客戶深入溝通一次，設計師應視情況經常到施工現場了解情況，發現問題及時協調解決。如工程出現嚴重問題，公司將對該項目所有相關人員追究責任； 
十三、工程到中期，客戶、工長、設計師、質檢均應到場。客戶、工長共同進行中期結算，并對工程進行階段驗收和階段總結； 
十四、工程竣工，客戶、工長、設計師到場共同驗收；客戶、工長進行工程决算。

二、Designers present their own works, works introduction materials, etc., preliminary communication with customers and reach the design intention;  
三、If the client is not satisfied with the designer, the department supervisor can change the designer to serve the client. After the department head verifies the situation, the designer who does not provide adequate services shall be given corresponding fault punishment;  
四、The customer pays the room quantity fee, the designer and the customer measure the room on site. If you choose a high-level designer or design department, you need to sign a design agreement and pay the corresponding design fee. If there is a large deviation in the work of the designer, and the influence on the later work, the company will give the designer the corresponding fault penalty;  
五、Within one week, the designer will submit the preliminary design proposal and communicate with the customer. Modify and improve the design scheme according to the customer's opinions until the agreement is reached with the customer;
六、If the customer needs the main material purchasing service, the designer shall recommend the contracted material cooperative supplier to provide the service. It is strictly prohibited for designers to purchase main materials for customers on behalf of themselves for various reasons. Once found, designers will be punished according to the regulations of the company;
七、Designers explain the project contract, construction process and corresponding supporting services to customers in detail. The design department should strictly grasp the various policies and policies, and the designers who make serious mistakes in the above work will be given the corresponding fault punishment;
八、The designer and the client formally sign the contract, the designer submits the full set of construction drawings, the department supervisor shall undertake the audit responsibility, if there is any doubt about the project should inform the relevant departments of the company to help solve, otherwise, the design department will assume the corresponding responsibility;  
九、If necessary, the project contract will be sent to the market management department for certification;
十、Within two days after signing the contract, the designer shall send the contract materials to the quality and technology department for review. Designers who delay the delivery of contract materials will be punished for appropriate negligence;
十一、After the engineering department sends the order according to the contract, the designer organizes the customer, foreman, and relevant personnel to disclose the information on site. If the designer fails to show up, he will be punished for serious negligence;
十二、During the construction process, the designer shall have in-depth communication with the customer at least once a week. The designer shall come to the construction site to understand the situation as often as possible and timely coordinate and solve the problems. If there is any serious problem in the project, the company will hold all relevant personnel responsible for the project;
十三、In the middle of the project, the customer, foreman, designer and quality inspector should all be present. The customer and the foreman shall make the interim settlement together, and carry out the phase acceptance and phase summary of the project;  
十四、After the completion of the project, Party A, the project leader and the designer shall be present for joint acceptance. The client and the project leader shall be responsible for the final account of the project construction amount.
