Construction service process (Home Decoration Division)
一、工程部接到合同後兩日內，通過派工系統確定工長、現場負責人，并及時通報客戶、設計師。工程部通知客戶所在質檢分區，由質檢分區安排質檢員對該工程實行全程監控，質檢員每周至少和客戶認真溝通一次；
二、施工隊熟悉圖紙、了解工程相關情況；
三、工長帶領現場負責人、相關工種工人會同設計師、客戶到施工現場技衛交底。相關人員交底不到場的將給予相應處罰；
四、施工隊配合客戶，辦理物業手續；
五、施工隊向客戶提交施工進度表，進場施工。项目经理應每周至少與客戶認真溝通一次并經常到工地巡查。相關人員不按規定流程到場的將給予相應處罰；
六、材料進場，客戶驗收簽字後方可使用，質檢員、客戶、現場負責人應在場。隱蔽工程驗收，質檢員、客戶、現場負責人應在場；
七、工程到中期，應由工長組織、客戶、工長、設計師、質檢員到場進行階段驗收和總結；工長、客戶進行工程中期結算；
八、工程竣工前一周，工程部質檢員對工程進行內部預驗收，質檢員、現場負責人到場。預驗收合格後，質檢員通知客戶可以進行竣工驗收；
九、工程竣工驗收，由工長組織，客戶、設計師、工長到場驗收。客戶、工長進行竣工結算。工長將各種單據交工程部存檔。

四、Construction team to cooperate with customers to handle property procedures;
五、The construction team submits the construction schedule to the customer and enters the construction site. The project manager should communicate with the client at least once a week and visit the site frequently. Relevant personnel who do not follow the prescribed procedures will be given corresponding punishment;
六、The materials can only be used after being accepted and signed by the customer. The quality inspector, the customer and the person in charge of the site should be present. In the acceptance of concealed works, quality inspectors, customers and the person in charge of the site should be present;
七、At the middle stage of the project, the foreman, customer, project manager, designer and quality inspector shall be responsible for the stage acceptance and summary. The project manager and the client conduct the interim settlement of the project;
八、One week before the completion of the project, the quality inspector of the engineering department will carry out the internal pre-acceptance of the project, and the quality inspector and the person in charge of the site will be present. After passing the pre-acceptance, the quality inspector informs the customer that the completion acceptance can be carried out;
九、The completion acceptance of the project shall be organized by the project manager. The client, designer and project manager shall be present for acceptance. Client and project manager will settle the account. The project manager will submit all documents to the engineering department for filing.
