Quality inspector service process (home decoration Division)
一、工程管理中心接到合同後兩日內，確定工程質檢，并及時通知客戶、工長、設計師；
二、工長、設計師、質檢、客戶到施工現場技术交底；
三、工程開工，質檢員至少每周一次與客戶認真溝通；
四、材料進場、隱蔽工程驗收，質檢員應盡量到場；
五、中期驗收、中期結算，客戶、工長、設計師、質檢均到場；
六、工程預驗收，質檢參加；
七、工程竣工驗收、結算，客戶、設計師、工長、質檢到場簽字認可。
