壹、24小時上門維修服務:接到客戶投訴、報修後,24小時派人到現場維修。
二、維修隊伍標準化:配備標準化工具箱,維修人員形象標準化,維修人員行為規範化。
三、跟蹤服務:全程跟蹤客戶投訴的處理情況及客戶對處理的反饋意見,直到問題圓滿解決。
四、回訪服務:維修結束後電話回訪,進行滿意度調研。
Maintenance process (home decoration Division)
一、24-hour home maintenance service: We shall send servicemen on the spot to do maintenance within 24hours after receiving customer complaint and repairs.
二、Standardized maintenance team: We are equipped with standardized toolboxes with servicemen of standardized image and behavior.
三、Follow-up service:We shall track the whole process of complaint handling situations and customers’feedback until problems could be successfully resolved.
四、Revisit service:We shall carry out customer satisfaction investigation through telephone after maintenance.
